YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
The planning tool is designed to work in your browser. This notice describes what the current static site does and the third-party resources it uses.
Effective October 13, 2026.
Information entered in the planning tool
The current questionnaire and checklist run in your browser. The answers you select are used to display a checklist and are not sent to an AlimonyPath server or stored in a user account. Do not enter names, account numbers, exact financial details, or other sensitive personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and accounts
This version of the site does not create user accounts, include analytics code, or set AlimonyPath cookies. Hosting providers may keep ordinary server logs needed to operate and secure the website; those systems are governed by the hosting provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Fonts and external links
The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. A request to load those fonts may send ordinary connection information to Google, subject to Google’s policies. The state directory and legal resources link to external organizations, including Women’sLaw.org, the American Bar Association, and government or court websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit those sites.
Future changes
If AlimonyPath adds attorney intake forms, referral matching, analytics, advertising, accounts, or data storage, this notice must be updated before those features are used. Any sensitive legal or financial information should be collected only with appropriate safeguards and a clearly explained purpose.
Contact
This launch version does not yet offer a contact form. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the site.
